Music Reflection 18th November 2009
Today we learnt about the major scales of C,G,A,D,E and A and the Minor scales of C and E.We also learnt about the triad chords of the major and minor scales of the notes mentioned.

We had the chords and triads quiz and some people redo the playing the pentatonic melody assessment and some who haven't done it, has to do it.

I played my pentatonic melody for the assessment on playing it.It was quite easy and I think I got a good score.

Mr.Hary ask us to practice our music instruments for the assessment of playing the pentatonic melody with our own music instruments and I played quite well.My goal is to get a good score in the assessment on the composition.

Mr.Hary collected our hard copy and soft copy of the composition and we learnt about major scales and intervals.

Mr.Hary asked us to do the gundul gundul pacul reflection for the solo singing asessment and he showed us how to make the composition with lyrics in Finale.

Today, we learnt about chords from the C major scale.Then Mr.Hary gave us a japanese song called Hamachidori.THE WHOLE CLASS SING IT.

We made a 16-bar melody with the pentatonic scale. I understood how to make a melody with the pentatonic scale.It was easy because I can make melodies and I understood the pentatonic scale.
